10 Reasons Online Coaching Gets You Better Results

No doubt, the last two years have been difficult in terms of keeping up with our fitness. Pre-pandemic, many of us trained in gyms and studios, attended a variety of classes and had a pretty motivating gym schedule that helped keep us on track and consistent. During the pandemic we have had to deal with gym closures, getting used to home workouts, working from home, gyms re-opening and closing again, going back into the office and then told to work from home and the changes are constant. We found a routine and before we can even have time to truly see the benefits of our consistency, we are thrown another curveball.


We all know that consistency over a long period of time is what gets us the results we want. So how can we stay consistent when everything around us keeps changing? Enter, Online Coaching!!! If you've never tried it out before, here are a few reasons to give it a go.


1. Your plan is tailored to you.

This means that no matter how your life changes and no matter where you move to, I, your coach will be able to tweak your plan and design it according to your changing circumstances.


2. It's a lockdown proof plan.

Because your plan is tailored to you (even group coaching programmes can be tweaked if needed), it can and will evolve with your needs and the constantly changing world around us. History has shown us that this is not our last pandemic and sometime in our life, we will be met with similar circumstances again. Next time, we will be more prepared.

One of the biggest factors that allows people to stay consistent with Online Coaching is its affordability. One month of Online Coaching is only a fraction of the cost of a month of Personal Training sessions.

The reason many people struggle to make progress with Personal Training is because of its cost. So, most people will train with their PT once a week or even once every couple weeks. In the in between days and times, you're left to decide what to do and motivate yourself to do it. Online Coaching provides you with a plan for every day that you would train and every day that you would rest. It includes daily communication and support, weekly check ins and nutrition guidance.


5. You can do your workouts at a time that suits you.

Ever been annoyed that your PT couldn't train you at the time you wanted because, well, everyone else wanted to train at that time? Even if starting out, you need to do things step by step, I will analyze your needs and explore methods that work well for you.

The aim of my Online Coaching programme is to help build consistency because there is nothing else out there that gets you the results other than CONSISTENCY!

Having someone to be accountable to is a huge reason you're able to stay consistent. Sometimes you're really truly tired and other times, you could squeeze some movement in but if you didn't, no one would know. Having someone to be accountable to ensures you analyze and differentiate between these two situations and you get your workout in when there are truly no reasons skip them.


10. Online Coaching has a proven track record that goes back longer than this pandemic.

It may seem to you like Online Coaching is a new trend that has come out of Covid. The reality is, it has been around for a very very long time but was predominantly used by bodybuilders and athletes of various sports who wanted to maximize their performance. Due to the pandemic, this method of coaching has now become the norm because our lives have become more virtual than ever before...and that's not necessarily a bad thing in this case.
